OVERVIEW
Adina Storch is a seasoned attorney and advisor to corporate boards with over 25 years of experience, including serving as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary to two publicly traded U.S. companies, and in private practice advising corporations in Europe and the U.S. on international capital markets transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and litigation matters. In addition to being the Chair of the Board of Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX:DR), Ms. Storch is also presently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Global Industrial Company (NYSE: GIC). She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Spectrum Designs Foundation, a non-profit that employs neurodiverse individuals, and was appointed to a three-year term on the Yale Law School Association Executive Committee. Previously, Ms. Storch served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., a former U.S. shopping center REIT (NYSE: CDR). In private practice, Ms. Storch was a litigation partner at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and an international capital markets lawyer in the Paris office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. Ms. Storch holds a J.D. from the Yale Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and a B.A. summa cum laude with distinction in the major from Yale College.
