By maintaining competitive rates we can generate superior margins relative to our competitors. Our facilities are recognized for the quality and productivity of our entire staff. We focus on case mix and efficiency, not just case volume. We have a highly experienced and motivated management team with a proven record of running a great business.

Surgeons as Investors
To provide a strong alignment between management and investors, twenty percent of the physicians who practice at our facilities are investors. Collectively, they hold up to 49% interests in the individual facilities. These physicians are experts in their chosen field of medicine. Their managerial input is a key reason for our success.

We believe these physicians are in the best position to design and implement the clinical and administrative procedures necessary to maximize the efficiency of their MFC facility.
