subheading Growth Strategies
MFC Management intends to continue to maintain and enhance the operating efficiency of each MFC facility by executing the following business and growth strategies:
  • Attract and Retain Quality Healthcare Professionals.
  • Maintain and Enhance Operating Margins and Efficiency
  • Proactive Marketing.
  • Expansion of Procedures and Facilities

In the near term, we can generate incremental case volume by continuing to attract new surgeons. New technology allows us to handle more case volume in less time through increased utilization of our facilities, and more efficient use of our resources.

The clinical and operational procedures in place at each MFC facility are designed to maximize operational efficiencies. We focus on case mix and efficiency, not just case volume. We plan to continue to increase revenues and operating efficiency by introducing new and more complex surgical procedures.

As demand for our facilities increases, we will also continue to refine our case mix. Each MFC facility will continue to refine its case mix in an effort to enhance its operating efficiency. Management will be responsible for identifying and achieving potential synergies among the MFC facilities.

Ours is a highly fragmented industry. There are over 6000 alternative surgical facilities throughout the United States. We believe this will present a number of attractive acquisition opportunities for us in the future.

We will also continue to gain market share from traditional hospitals through proactive marketing directed at physicians, other healthcare providers, patients and payors.
