surgeons with greater control over their practices while enhancing the quality of patient care. By maximizing
efficiency, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing quality of care, our surgeons typically enjoy a
significant increase in the productivity of their practices and professional fee potential.

By operating in predominantly smaller communities, we are providing an essential service to residents in those
